We come to Istanbul many time and always stay at the Radisson collection Vadistanbul. Superb hospitality from staff like Serhat, Yusuf, Furkan and Emre always helpful and very friendly made us feel at home. Its a lovely place to stay in Istanbul for business or leisure. The hotel is next to the mall and there are lovely place to eat. Room is very good size and clean. Breakfast buffet is amazing. This place is Highly recommended.
This hotel is one of the most wonderful hotels. The services it provides are top notch. The staff are distinguished by their smiling faces and beautiful spirit in dealing with people, especially Mr. Serhat in the reception department, as he was distinguished by his beautiful dealings and cooperation.
I visited the hotel in May 2025 and had a fantastic time. The team there is friendly, polite, and always eager to help, you really feel well taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice, warm touch. I was especially impressed by the daily cleaning; they pay attention to every little detail and keep things super neat. Great location, nice atmosphere, and excellent service all around. Thanks to Furkan for his extra help and kindness! I’d gladly stay here again.
