Radisson Collection Morina Hotel Tirana

Hello, I was on vacation in Tirana. I was staying here. Everything was perfect. The service, the rooms, the staff, everything was wonderful. The food was very good. I have never had a more beautiful vacation than there. Everything was perfect. I thank all the hotel staff for every service. It was wonderful.

From the moment we walked in, the receptionists (all of them, all of the shift) aren’t welcoming, they don’t have a big smile and greeting energy, didn’t feel happy about that!! So let us start with the Room, the decoration is modern, nice and elegant. Liked it. However, we reserved a twin beds and she gave us a king size room at first and had to change, then the AC didn’t work and had to change the room (again), and it wasn’t working good in the second room either (I know they told us to close the window and we follow the instruction strictly). regarding the access cards, one time the receptionist told me he is out of cards and need one of mine?? it is not the resident responsibility! they don’t change the bed sheet daily it is the same. So for the breakfast: options are very very limited, it is good but not that delicious that makes me wanna come again or recommended to someone else, the staff aren’t that energetic also. The pool is clean, perfect view, but no good vibes not even music. these things are important for a hotel that wanna go beyond stars, I wouldn’t give it 5 stars and it is my first time in Albania.

Hello, I’ve been coming to your restaurant almost every day for the past three weeks and have spent at least €5,000. The food is undeniably good — no complaints there. But the level of service is absolutely unacceptable. During my last visit, I sat at the table for over 30 minutes without anyone approaching me. I didn’t even receive a menu. I had to get up myself and ask a staff member to serve me — they said “okay,” but then went on to serve other tables that arrived after me. That’s simply disrespectful. Considering your prices are about three times higher than the market average, I expected at least decent service. It’s extremely disappointing to be treated this way despite spending so much money. I truly hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.
