Great Hotel. Even in the off seasons it was fun - everything felt luxury and the kids had great time using the facility. The swimming pool is being remodeled so in the summer it will probably be even better. The hotel is in great location and it is easy to go everywhere. Use the hotel reception to get taxi in order to get normal prices. While in most hotels the beach view is preferred - in this hotel, the mountains and the city view is also beutifull. Will definitely go again if in Sochi

Amazing hotel with excellent service. It's quite expensive but ot worth every penny, especially if you go out of season. It has everything you need like indoor swimming pool, (semi)private beach, restaurants, gym, excellent rooms (very clean) and if you have kids, plenty of activities . The breakfast it's one of the best I have tried

The hotel has a nice structure, friendly staff; its sandy beach is an asset. The SPA menu is absolutelly worth exploring. Now, why I'll hardly choose it again. Firstly, I had difficulties to reach reception by phone calling outside of Russia. Nobody simply picked up. Secondly, our entire stay was accompanied with disturbing noises: loud music close to the resturant terrace, no silence rules in spa, and the most delusional - a pavilion construction for a one night event in the hotel garden (part of a "sea view" and close to one of the swimming pools), the event itself (way too loud music all evening till 23:00), and the pavilion deconstruction started the next day. For me, it is a demostration of hotel management disrespect towards all other guests that weren't part of the event. BTW, no solution was offered upon my complain about the noisy activities in the garden. Thirdly, I had an issue with the late check out, the need of which I mentioned in written when booking and during check-in. I was told that it could be confirmed a night before the check-out day. That night I was said it was still impossible to confirm anything, but the hotel was full and most probably there wouldn't be a possibility for the late check-out, full stop! I had to strongly insist on finding a solution, and magically a room was found. I can't see why a 5* hotel would let its guest to experience such negative emotions. I am afraid I cannot recommend it if one is looking for a relaxing vacation.
