Radisson Collection Royal Hotel Copenhagen

Stayed here during a business trip and was really impressed. The room was spacious, spotless, and had one of the best city views I’ve experienced in Copenhagen. The location is unbeatable — just across from Tivoli Gardens and very close to the central station, which made getting around super easy. Service was efficient and professional throughout my stay. Check-in was quick, and everything I needed was handled smoothly. The hotel itself feels quiet and refined, perfect for relaxing after a long day. It has a modern feel with just the right touch of luxury. Perfect location. Opposite the central train station. 18 floors and way too many mirrors.... Nice and clean and serviceable. Nothing exceptional though. How would I improve it? I don't know..,. It's convenient. Maybe just a bit big and stark for me.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience. I booked this hotel after a long trip expecting a 5-star stay, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. The room was filthy — dirty, stained towels everywhere, the bed was a complete mess with visible stains, and the wall was broken and had been removed, exposing mechanical panels and construction mess. I have never had such a bad experience. I asked to change rooms, but unbelievably, the second room had the exact same issue — exposed walls and mechanical panels. The staff apologize and excused it by saying “it was clear in the system, but maybe housekeeping was busy.” Clearly, the hotel is either under construction or completely neglected, yet they’re still charging full price for rooms in this condition. There were serious safety and hygiene concerns, poor management, and obvious issues with how the hotel is being run. I was exhausted after a long trip, just needing a clean, safe place to sleep — instead, I was met with filth, broken furniture, exposed walls, and total discomfort. This is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5 stars. Not recommended. I strongly urge the platform and hotel management to take this seriously, review the condition of the property immediately, and stop misleading guests with false advertising. Safety and hygiene should never be compromised.
