An amazing experience at the hotel for this trip. The service staff were exceptional, going above and beyond for us when we needed anything. Even managed to get them to make us iced tea at 1am and they delivered one of the best glasses my wife and I have ever had. The location is gorgeous and the hotel room was amazing and comfortable. The pillows could have been a little firmer in my opinion but still managed to provide a good night's sleep. My wife and I will definitely be returning again sometime soon.

First time staying at the Radisson. I must say that we truly enjoyed our stay. Exceptional service from all the staff especially Jolyn and Tari. They were very helpful and welcoming, made us feel right at home. Special shout out to Augustus for accommodating us at the pool bar. Radisson has good facilities and they do shuttle service around Sukajadi. Breakfast spread is decent. Will definitely return. Thanks for the surprise birthday celebration 😊

This was my third stay at the Radisson Golf & Convention Centre Batam over the past few years, and I'm pleased to say that the property continues to be well maintained. It's a solid choice whether you're here for business or a relaxing weekend. The hotel has two large ballrooms, ideal for conferences and group events. During my previous visit, I stayed in the Executive Suite - while it was certainly spacious, it actually felt a bit too empty for my liking. This time, I opted for a standard room and found it to be very comfortable, generously sized, and well-appointed. I especially appreciated the ample supply of bottled water in the room - a small touch, but thoughtful. Service throughout the hotel was satisfactory. Staff were polite and responsive without being overbearing. One of the highlights for me continues to be the spa and massage facilities on the second floor. The treatments were excellent and well worth booking in advance. Breakfast at the hotel offers a wide spread. From a continental selection to local Indonesian favourites like bakso (beef ball noodles), there's something for everyone. The quality is decent and the variety ensures you won't get bored even if you're staying for a few days. For a bit of shopping or dining outside the hotel, Grand Batam Mall is just a quick 10-minute drive away, and a Grab ride there only cost me Rp 35,000 per trip - very convenient. Overall, Radisson remains a reliable, well-rounded hotel in Batam. Great for business travellers, couples, or even short getaways.
