Security staff was awesome, Brindha Singh, vidya nand and rish sharma. They were following the protocol strictly with professionalism and politely assisting us for the past 1 mth. We feel secure

The hotel experience was as expected. The standard set of expectations from any star hotel of similar reputation. The lady at the reception was very helpful and she arranged for an early check-in as I had a call to attend. I requested her that it’s a bit critical and you just provide one room, later provide the other room. She immediately provided one of the room. Thanks !!! That was a real helping gesture. I had lunch and dinner at this hotel and the food was nice and tasty as per the price charged. Considering the availability and hygiene I found it was priced rightly. The morning complementary breakfast spread was huge, though I didn’t try many options and remain with my routine menu, but the spread was quite diverse. Near to cyber city.
