Was a nice stay. Staff ate friendly and most of them speak English. When it rained I lost wifi in my room and took a few days to resolve. Other than that would recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for a week.  The location is excellent and is within walking distance of many restaurants, stores, coffee shops, a grocery store, banks, and many other businesses. There is a large mall nearby. The security is strong. Once you drive through the gate, there is secured parking on site for an additional fee.  Your room key is required to use the elevator to access the  floor of your room. The front desk clerks are attentive and friendly.  The room cleaning service was great and efficient. The suite I had was spacious with a seating area with a large screen TV. The kitchenette included a mini fridge (with mini bar), two-burner cooking area, microwave, and equipped with basic dishes and utensils.  There were numerous Type N three-prong electrical outlets with 110 voltage (standard and USB charging outlets.  If your electric items use American style Type A (two-prong) or Type B (three-prong, grounded), you will need an adapter. The queen sized bed was comfortable with nice linens and  four pillows. An additional blanket was in the closet, which had an ironing board, iron, room safe, and plenty of space for hang-ups and other items. The bathroom had strong water pressure, and there were facial soap bars at the sink. Wall mounted dispensers in the shower had shampoo and conditioner.  Caution,  the hot water was way too hot by itself; you will need to manage the temperature with the cold water. Amenities include a fitness area complete with changing rooms,  bathrooms, an indoor pool, an exercise room, and a spa. The hotel also  has a restaurant, a small convenience store (self check-out,  card only). From the lobby, there is even a barber / hair stylist shop. There are 28 floors. The views from the tenth floor were great. My only difficulty was that the elevators were malfunctioning some days. One day, rather than take me down to the lobby, the elevator first went up to the 28th floor, stopping at each floor along the way before stopping at each floor all the way down.  Another day, I had to use the stairs to go up the 10 floors to my room... There was no need for leg day at the gym that week!  The clerk was apologetic.  I trust that just was a temporary fluke; the elevators worked fine my last two days. Overall,  I enjoyed my stay, and would stay there again. On a side note, just a block from the hotel there is a fun open market on Fridays with food trucks, and booths selling all kinds of items from plants to clothes, jewelry, essential oils, etc.

This place is disgusting, I have been in much better public restrooms than the room restrooms of this hotel's rooms. The place is antigenic and full of mold, it can be harmful. I complained and they gave me a worse room and the manager said all rooms were like that. I urge you to find another place if you care about higene.
