Sonia Kaur was a terrific help. While I waited for my room, I observed her working energetically, folding napkins and straightening the tables. The whole time she was friendly and courteous and a terrific help in answering questions. She is a tremendous example of friendly customer service. She definitely deserves accolades and a raise!
Staff are extremely busy yet they were so kind, helpful and food is delicious. Mr.Darwin has gone extra mile to provide my child with special order and was very compassionate. Hotel is clean and rooms are nice to have good night rest. Close to airport with frequent transportation. Definitely worth visiting restaurant Filini within the hotel.
This was the grossest hotel with the worst service I think I have ever stayed in. We were there because our flight was canceled and the airline gave us a voucher to stay here. They ushered all the airline guests to a separate area for check in and it took almost an hour. They told us they were overbooked and would have to give us a room with 2 twin beds for 3 people. I asked for a rollaway and they said there was no room. The room did have 2 twins, but they were zippered together, and a rollaway would have fit (although it would have been tight). We had no luggage, but the man at the restaurant told my son he couldn't eat in there because he had on a sleeveless shirt. When we explained that we had no other clothing he threw his arms up. The room itself smelled like marijuana, had dust all over the carpet, mildew in the shower, peeling paint, a window that did not lock so it could be pushed open from the outside, hair in the shower, and a faucet that was not connected to the sink so it came off in your hands when you turned the water on. The door looked like someone had tried to claw their way out. The beds were hard and slanted. There was a pair of underwear in the bar by our table.
