Radisson Hotel and Convention Centre OR Tambo Airport

Thought I should update my review. The manager at the hotel did call me and apologised for how we were being treated and offered us free buffet dinner which was amazing the fish 🙌🏾. So to the manager I’m really grateful for addressing the matter so urgently it made the rest of our stay more enjoyable. The lady who was doing housekeeping at our room I didn’t get her name but Oh! What a darling mahn! Please tell her thank you so much we really loved her! 🫶🏾 Level Seven team also thank you the lady who was serving us you were amazing honey and the food was delicious!🤤 please give the chef his flowers really enjoyed our floating breakfast. The ladies at the spa treatment were the best! Really enjoyed my massage I needed it so badly. All that we booked for was worth every penny we spent on it. Really thank you so much and if you planning a trip to Radisson hotel anytime soon do yourself justice and book the floating breakfast basket at level seven the pool was nice and warm and book yourself those spa treatments you won’t regret they also have a pool that nice and warm! Thank you again for putting your clients and attending to our concerns immediately! 🫱🏾‍🫲🏽

In visiting the breakfast buffet, I was honored to meet Teddy. She had a beautiful smile which was inviting to start a conversation with her. She was very polite, funny, helpful and knowledgeable about the operation and offerings of the buffet. She is definitely an asset to Radisson, her professionalism as well as her kindness made my breakfast experience most enjoyable. I appreciate her positive attitude and interaction with me.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Belinda, who truly went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Throughout my stay, she was attentive, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Her attention to detail and genuine care made me feel valued as a guest. It's rare to find such dedicated service, and Belinda's efforts certainly made my visit memorable.
