Great quality-price for visiting Brussels. The location is right in front of Brussels-Midi station, from where most trains go from/to. Also, direct Metro line with downtown, European Parliament and the Atomium. The neighborhood is not great though. Rooms are decent and clean. The gym is small but practical. Service is OK, we asked for an extra pillow that we never got. Breakfast is good quality and variety. The lobby was being refurbished so we had to access it through a side door.

From a Radisson hotel, I expected a bit more. First, I have to say the staff were very nice- polite, friendly, and helpful, which I really appreciate, except for one small man at reception who was quite rude and a bit aggressive, disappointing, shouldn't work there at all (15.4.nightshift). However, lack of information: Usually, hotels provide a basic info list, but here there wasn't much-barely anything on the TV and even the website wasn’t helpful. Restaurant, no restaurant I don't know 🤷‍♀️ Fridge issue: It only works when the room card is inserted, good to know somehow. TV streaming didn’t work, though regular TV was fine. Power outlets next to the bed weren’t working. Bathroom lighting was poor. Cleanliness: The shower had mold and didn’t seem properly cleaned. Dirty glasses so don't use it, look like they don't change it for the clean ones and wash properly in the dishwasher..... Pillows were flat, it would’ve been nice to have a second one. Breakfast: Quite basic, scrambled eggs mixed with some cheese, label about that could be helpful but still, 24e for that, overpriced!!!! Elevators/cards: Many people had issues with the elevator card access-possibly a technical glitch. Not sure if I have to be afraid of my next stay in Radisson-Malmo.

I want express my disappointment following my recent stay at your hotel. My experience was far below the standards I expected, and I believe you should be aware of several issues that occurred. 1. Unauthorized City Tax Charge Upon checking in, I discovered that city taxes were charged to my card without my prior knowledge or consent. When I approached two staff members at the front desk, Abdel and Lasha, to clarify this, they responded unprofessionally by laughing and making light of my concern, saying, “Are you talking about 8 euros? We can give you the money.” This dismissive attitude was both disrespectful and unhelpful. 2. Unpleasant Odor in the Room On the morning of my departure, I was awakened by a strong smell of food in my room. When I mentioned this to Abdel, he responded sarcastically, “Yeah, it is nice, this smell. Better than waking up to spices.” I found this comment inappropriate and unprofessional, and it made me feel uncomfortable. 3. Lack of Transparency About Renovations At the time of booking, there was no mention of ongoing renovations at the hotel. The noise and disturbance significantly affected my stay, and I believe guests should be informed of such conditions in advance. Overall, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior demonstrated by your staff. I felt disrespected and unwelcome, which is unacceptable for any hospitality establishment.I also urge you to address the conduct of your staff and improve communication regarding hotel conditions for future guests.
