I booked just one night here before catching a flight, and it was a great choice. The location is super convenient—just a few minutes’ walk from the airport. Head to the farthest east exit, and there’s a covered walkway all the way to the hotel. You can even take a trolley from the airport and leave it right in front of the hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely—very helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic. They recognized me as a Radisson VIP member, offered a free breakfast, and upgraded me to a larger room. The room itself was spacious, clean, and the bed was really comfortable. However, there were a couple of small issues with the bathroom: the door didn’t close tightly, so it got a bit chilly, and the shower enclosure didn’t seal properly, which caused some water to splash onto the floor. Our room didn’t have a fridge, but when I asked at the front desk, the staff were happy to store my items and let me retrieve them later—great service! Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I need a convenient airport hotel.
Its nice and modern. Free water and candy in the lobby. And nice rooms, but the shower pressure is really bad and the water is really cold. I had it on max and it was cold and weak, not very enjoyable. There was also hair on the soap and food from other guests in the fridge. But overall its nice
A good option for a layover stay, though we had the prior impression that they were IN the airport. They are however just a 10-minute walk away. We went for one-night on July 20th and have been struggling since to get an invoice. Messages have been sent through the booking system, through direct emails and I've called dozens of times - often being disconnected during the bot selection. The only way to get a human interaction is by selecting "reservations", but they cannot do anything but redirect to the reception, which is not picking up. This morning, it was because they're busy with customers checking out. Yesterday afternoon it was because they're busy with customers checking in... I expect better from a brand like Radisson
