Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. Overall, the place is nice but outdated, the rooms are very old with a lot of humidity. Service was subpar, checking took ages and checkout more than 15mins
Book a room at this VERY expensive hotel. On the day of your event, you try to take a shower... no hot water. After complaining with the front desk, and 90 minutes later, the maintenance crew is still working on the issue. Even if the problem was solved, now your schedule is completely disrupted. But of course, the hotel will probably not care. For them, an apology is enough... When a hotel charges the ridiculous fees that they do here, you would expect much, much better. Based on this issue, they should back-charge my card an amount equal to the inconvenience suffered. Probably, it's not going to happen... Food served at their restaurant is not bad, but again just too expensive. Way too expensive... If you can, stay away and book somewhere else. This one is not worth it.
Although the hotel grounds are nice, the location is not very ideal because it is far from Cuernavaca. Hotel staff was nice during my stay, but when I booked my room by phone, they only offered me the event promo and later on were completely inflexible when I requested to change the reservation or cancel it. It was very frustrating and I came to the conclusion that the hotel is not interested in their guests, and is only thinking of making a profit.
