Super friendly and chilled staff, delicious food on their bar and restaurant. I didn't try the buffet, but it looked amazing. The swimming pool would be better if it was acclimatized. If you are going to a conference or event near by, is the perfect place, otherwise, choose another place as it is too far from the city.

Not a 5 starts hotel at all. There would be huge margins of improvement. Apart from rooms which are quite huge and comfortable, but not exactly silent, the rest of the hotel is "ok" but definitely worth of 5 stars. Staff some times looks a bit unattantentive, unfriendly and disorganised. Several times I had to repeat my order two or three times. Gyms equipment is very minimal, not working properly or clearly broken. Bar and restaurant look very "anonymous" with a very poor food selection, poor attention to local options. When in the restaurant I asked for something "alla cartè" the lady stared at replying "why you don't like our buffet?" which honestly doesn't look very inviting. Hotel seems intentioned to become some "crew hotel" so I would warmly recommend to sort some shuttle bus services to the city centre, at least 3 or four per day, by the moment they the hotel is quite in the middle of nowhere.

I agree with others this is NOT a five star hotel. Its location is convenience to the airport but that is about all it has going for it. I’d STRONGLY suggest you find another hotel. 1. Hotel overcharged me by about $200 and I’m still trying to get that corrected. 2. There was black mold on the ceiling right outside our room on the 5th floor. They unsuccessfully tried to paint over it. 3. Shower water was scalding hot and could not be adjusted to be colder. 4. Bathtub water was brown so I couldn’t bathe my son. 5. I had a fraudulent AppleTV charge on my account after using the AppleTV in the room. And so many little things just didn’t work properly… Stay away!
