The hotel itself was well-maintained and offered a comfortable environment for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their helpfulness really enhanced my stay. The breakfast, however, could have been improved. While there was a decent selection, I felt that there was room for more variety and options. The hotel is safe oasis right across from the train station in Ferrara. The location makes it a perfect choice if you arrive /leave late or very early in the morning by train or bus. The room was very nice, overlooking the back street, hence quiet. The center of the city can be reached in about 20 minutes by foot. The reception staff were helpful and polite.

I honestly wonder how this hotel can claim to be a 4-star and carry the Radisson name. You pay for a 4-star stay, but what you get is a 1-star service and the very real risk of being robbed. The service was completely inadequate, and the management was nowhere to be found. Breakfast wasn’t restocked, even by 9:30 in the morning. The room was never cleaned, not even once during the entire stay. And the most serious issue: my personal belongings went missing. I left a pair of pants and a vest in the closet. I called the hotel the same day I checked out, certain they had been found. They promised to call me back. That call never came. I had to call them every day for four days, each time a different excuse. I asked to speak with the manager. The answer? “Not available.” Never got a single call back. The result? My clothes were never found. They were STOLEN. No effort to recover them, no ownership of the situation, no refund, not even an apology. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
