Disgusting service. The entire staff needs to be changed. The administrators are not friendly, they are also scammers. We had 10 rooms booked and we arrived in a large group. While leaving on the last day, they suddenly remembered that they had charged us incorrectly and wanted us to pay extra. To which they were sent far away!!! As for the room cleaning, it's just terrible! I have never seen such dirty cleaning anywhere. I won't come again for the second time

Check your things when you check out! No one will return them to you! In a hurry, we packed our things, left part of our wardrobe in the closet. Having called the reception, the administrator clarified the information at the reception, the answer followed - unfortunately, the things were not found. A very unpleasant situation when you can't prove anything, but you know exactly what happened. For this reason, I will not go to this hotel again
