Stayed here on business, the hotel was exactly right for us, but it would be so much better if it had a swimming pool! Ms Emine was so helpful in arranging our booking and ensuring while here all was good, and my visit to the spa was much needed after the log journey, thank you sincerely Ms Kubra. All of the staff were excellent and very polite, we will return again on our next trip for sure!
Very nice stay, the rooms are large and clean with good aesthetic. The breakfast was very good, but dinner had little variety. Helpful staff! Had to wait a few hours in the lobby and Ilayda and Alihan made sure nothing was amiss and that the wait was comfortable.
Our group stayed in 14 rooms, and there were 6 rooms with faulty air conditioners! The summer temperature was about 40 degrees when we checked in, and the air conditioner in the room was not cold, and it stopped automatically at 1 am 😓☹️! The room design is poor, beautiful but unsafe, and the end of the bed can easily cause injuries. It is marked as a five-star luxury hotel...but there are only sheets wrapped around the body 🤣🤣🤣! Incredible oven accommodation. Be careful when booking a room 😡
