Radisson Hotel Kandy

We had a really pleasant stay at the Radisson Kandy. The staff are extremely friendly, approachable and accommodating and they are a real asset to the hotel. We travelled as a large group so had various requirements, all which were ably met by the kind staff. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The swimming pool and bar area was relaxing and had tasty snack options. The rooms were very well maintained. Super clean and provided everything you would need for your stay, it was well thought out. The breakfast had a variety of different of different options including items made fresh on the spot. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would visit it again.

The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Dinner was very good, with well-prepared dishes and attentive service. The rooftop bar was also excellent — a great atmosphere and lovely view. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Just one small suggestion: even on the lowest setting, the air conditioning felt a bit too strong at night. Overall, a very positive experience!

The hotel is in a great location in Kandy. Staff are absolutely brilliant...attentive, efficient and very guest friendly. Food is marvellous...scrumptious breakfast and we had lunch on one of the days too...delightful! The rooms are very clean, fabulous views of the lake and hills and generous amenities. There are only two minor niggling points: 1) the flow of hot water in the shower is irregular (hot and cold) and 2) the gym does need some updated cardio equipment and wider selection of resistance machines. Otherwise, this is a fabulous hotel. I'll definitely come back again.
