I cannot recommend this place enough. Given its history, the rooms are of course a little worn down but my room was impeccably clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had an excellent spread, and the staff were amazing, from the doorman to the concierge to the front desk to the room service. My stay in Kathmandu was honestly ten times better thanks to the hotel. All of these at a pretty inexpensive price were unbelievable.
I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the team at the Radisson stay and coffee shop Kathmandu for their outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere was inviting, the coffee was exceptional, and the attention to detail truly made my visit memorable. A special thank you to the staff for their courteous and attentive service—it made all the difference. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of quality, comfort, and care. The hotel is well-located and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable, and both lunch and dinner featured a wide variety of options. However, the rooms appeared quite dated and could benefit from renovation to enhance overall comfort.
