⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch — the staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The food was also excellent – every meal we had was delicious, well-presented, and full of flavor. The variety offered in the breakfast buffet and dinner menu was impressive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant experience. If you're looking for a place with great hospitality(special mention to govind) and tasty food, this is it! Would definitely stay again.

The food was another highlight, with a delicious buffet featuring a great mix of Indian and international dishes. The chefs were accommodating to dietary needs and always ready to customize meals. Overall, it was a perfect getaway with top-notch hospitality, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kufri or Shimla.

Our stay at Radisson Kufri has been absolutely wonderful. The location is top notch and services are outstanding. Dining staff starting from head chef Mr. Abhinav who has gone above and beyond to make our daughter and us feel comfortable and valued. Lovepreet, Govind, Sumit, Vishal and Vamika were all so efficient while serving us with utmost love and care. I highly recommend this entire team if one is looking for an ultra comfortable stay with family and friends. I will always choose to stay at Radisson Kufri over Shimla anyday. Food quality band services are top notch here. Highly recommended🤩. Thanks team Radisson Kufri for making our vacation wonderful. A special call out for reception staff who should work on their services, while checkout we asked for a big bottle of water to which they said a wait time of 10-15 mins. This isn’t the way to behave with your guests. Kitchen dining staff is too good but reception staff needs work.
