Radisson Hotel Liege City Centre

Very modern hotel with good-sized rooms in a great location 5mn away from the center. The staff is amazing, I forgot something at the hotel and they went well out of their way to get it back to me, they were super helpful. Great customer service makes such a difference, highly recommended!

Location is good otherwise rooms are very small.. you can hardly move inside. Gym is also not available 24hrs as it's outside hotel . I entered room, it was full of shitty smell. I never leaves negative feedback for any property ever... But this one I experienced during my stay recently. Mr. Ahmad from Afghanistan origin on duty at Front office is most courteous man I met at this hotel. Good things should always be appreciated

Overall a disappointing experience from such a reputable brand. Having stayed in multiple Radisson, this one was my worst experience. Upon check-in, we got a used room which was not cleaned. Then we got another room but we could not open our doors the next day using the same key. There is complimentary coffee but not enough water to use it 😐 You either have to choose to drink the water or drink coffee, the water is not enough either.. (250ml still water was provided for two people). The room is nice and luxurious, but the air conditioning was not always working and the room felt suffocating 🫤 I tried to put the ac to ventilate the room but it was not working! and I had no choice but to open the windows letting in fresh air and NOISE! Coming from a 8 hour trip, these inconveniences were not appreciated at all. Upon speaking with the receptionist, I found out they control the AC from over there and you are at their mercy. The next day I bought my own water to drink but the kettle was dirty on the bottom, hence no hot water in a winter. One of the tea bags was opened and not replaced, one dirty spoon was still lying around from the previous customer... The breakfast timing is from 6:30 to 11:00 however at 10:30 itself, the lights in the area is switch off and they start packing everything to close the buffet despite you are still there having breakfast 😐 The breakfast also was quite limited, just 2 stirred fried items, bread, ham, cheese and salmon. I feel there is a lot of room for improvement, starting with better management, maybe the staffs are overloaded with work then they do not pay attention, even the lady at breakfast looked quite overloaded with handling the whole breakfast section on her own. Infrastructure wise, it is a nice hotel but the service provided is not acceptable given the brand name and price. The location is excellent, the bed was comfortable and nice to sleep.
