Radisson Hotel Old Town Riga

Most heartwarming staff I’ve ever come across. Especially a young woman named Gabriella who even offered her own lunch at 0100 just because one of us were hungry and ‘almost’ everything was closed. Who then also called us once we entered our room to make sure everything was in perfect shape. In addition to an outstanding check in late at night, the morning only added to a great experience. Everything was very neat, prompt, and welcoming. In essence great staff! The hotel is small but cozy, quiet, and most importantly comfortable. Although we were only passing without staying in Riga for an extended period, we can stillsay that the location is convenient and private.

Great location and the parking area is closed to the hotel. Meanwhile, the breakfast is good, but not great. AC doesn't work properly, taking to the consideration, that out side was only 25*C. Our room was located to the tram line side, so it was quet noisy with open windows, and as mentioned before, AC doesn't work.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Old Town in Riga and the reception service was truly outstanding. The staff at the reception went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. Despite the city being heavily congested due to continuous rain, they made every effort to find a taxi for me. Their dedication didn't stop there—they even covered the taxi fare, ensuring I reached my destination without any hassle. Their kindness and exceptional service made a significant difference and truly stood out.
