Radisson Hotel Paulista Sao Paulo

Great location. Rooms were very spacious (king room). The location is very central, and tou can walk safely to most places. The door staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. The omelet station is a little hidden from all the other food, so keep an eye out. Overall a good experience.

If you take the Superior room you won't have the regular confort like you expect from a Radisson. The room had lots of defects in the bath room and also noisy from the restaurant downstairs. After I switched to a Premier room, I found it much better and expected standard of Radisson hotel.

This stay was a major disappointment, especially compared to our previous visit, which was much better. Upon arrival, we encountered room maintenance issues—specifically, a broken shower water handle and bathroom door handle. Housekeeping failed to properly clean our room for three consecutive days, despite repeated requests. The towels provided were stained, torn, and one was even marked with the word “goteira” (Portuguese for “leak”), indicating it had been used to contain water leaks. It’s evident that Radisson is not maintaining this property to the expected standards, which is unfortunate given its excellent location. The overall experience fell far below what one should expect from a Radisson, particularly at this price point. I will not return to this hotel. That said, Gustavo at Reception and Aldo at the tapioca station provided outstanding service and were genuinely attentive to guests.
