Radisson Hotel President Old Town Istanbul

We had an incredible experience at this hotel, especially during a time when I fell ill during my stay, calling a doctor for us. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. They kindly offered assistance without hesitation, even preparing special meals to suit my needs. A special mention to Azim for his outstanding customer service—truly a shining example of hospitality and professionalism. The front door staff were always warm and welcoming, making every return to the hotel feel like coming home. Breakfast was excellent, and room service—on which we relied heavily—was consistently prompt and delicious. The location is perfect, and the overall service is truly 5-star. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning in better health next time!

The location is very good. we received very good service. Kaya was very accommodating with our early check in. Helped us with a lot of things. The hotel is in old town but their restaurants and terraces have excellent views. The lobby is beautiful. The only thing I didn't find appealing was the carpets in the rooms and floor area. It was really old and dirty. Other than that very good value for money.

Our stay at Radisson President Old Town Istanbul was enjoyable overall. The breakfast was a highlight varied, delicious, and plentiful. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. Leisure facilities like the temperature-controlled pool, inviting jacuzzi, and the excellent spa added to the positive experience. The hotel’s central location is a big plus, with shops nearby and the tram within walking distance. However, maintaining a comfortable room temperature was a challenge. Even with the provided fan, the room felt too warm due to the centralized heating system, which individual rooms can’t adjust. Additionally, due to road closures, taxis often drop guests uphill or downhill from the hotel, making luggage transport slightly inconvenient. On the bright side, housekeeping was commendable, and staff were helpful in arranging tours and taxis. Overall, despite these minor inconveniences, Radisson President Old Town Istanbul remains a great, well-located option for exploring the city.
