Radisson Hotel Santa Cruz

Amazing hotel with great amenities in a very good location, literally near everything! We were there for the convention of Jehovah’s Witnesses and this hotel is a gem, staff is super friendly and very helpful!

A modern western chain hotel with associated pricing but the service levels of a local highway motel. Some of the staff are incredibly nice and attentive, but most speak no English and are in no hurry to help you. First time in my life that I have eaten food that is so bland that no amount of salt, pepper, or tabasco could fix it. An embarrassment to the culinary culture of the country. The only comparable experience for me was behind the iron curtain, well over four decades ago. I don't think anyone has thought about checking that the weight machines in the gym still function. With many parts missing or dysfunctional, they are probably beyond repair.

I go to that hotel at least once a week due to my job, my company has a deal with that hotel so i have to go there, but if you are pretending to travel to Santa Cruz let me save a pain in your ass and don’t go to this hotel, without further comments i hope you read this and avoid the trouble!
