Room was nice, clean and spacious. Restaurant staff very friendly and food was great! I had a ceaser salad with medium rare flank steak. Located conveniently across the street from the airport, this hotel is great. If ever in the area, please let me know your thoughts.
GREAT location from airport. Never have walked out of an airport and was checking into my hotel 5 minutes later. Awesome with it being 1am and not having to wait on rental vehicle or Uber. I also felt very safe walking there. Would recommend for solo female travelers factoring safety. Satisfied! Room was clean. Only complaint was water didn’t drain from bathtub. Gross! Other than that, great stay!
The hotel itself is nice — clean rooms, good service, and convenient location. Everything was great until I had to deal with the manager. Unfortunately, he was very disrespectful and unprofessional in the way he spoke to me. It really left a bad impression. A hotel like this deserves better leadership at the front. Hopefully, the management team addresses this behavior, because the rest of the staff and the property are actually great.
