Radisson Hotel Shimla

My second time staying here and it was excellent. The moment you step into the property, the staff gives you a warm welcome and is very attentive to all the requests. The check in experience at the front desk was effortless. We got some complimentary chocolates and fruits in our room which was a very nice gesture. The rooms were spacious and had an amazing view of the sunsets and the mountains. Food is really good with an extensive breakfast spread too. 10/10 recommended for a peaceful and luxurious stay!

We stayed here during our Shimla vacation. Excellent place with good distance from Mall road. Humble staff and very good room service. Rooms are very neat and clean with great mountain view. Definately the Radisson's resturant, it's excellent food and resturant staff's manners and service are the best highlight of this place.

Hotel rooms nothing like the photos posted by Radisson. There is no view even in their most expensive one bedroom suite that we had booked. And if you ask them for a solution, they tell you to move to a lower category room while paying full price or shut up. The in-house packaged water tastes weird. Better to use Bisleri or something.
