Radisson Hotel & Suites Zurich

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The front desk staff was particularly noteworthy!! they were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made check-in a breeze and went above and beyond to provide local tips and support throughout my stay. The room was immaculate and cozy, and the location was simply perfect. I highly recommend this place and would be delighted to return!

Despite a somewhat chaotic and seemingly on-the-job training check-in process, my overall experience was positive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the beds were quite comfortable. Interestingly, even without using the air conditioning, the room felt a bit chilly — something to note for those sensitive to cooler temperatures. The breakfast offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. Perhaps the highlight of the stay was the friendly and welcoming staff, who contributed greatly to a pleasant atmosphere. With a smoother check-in, this would be a near-perfect stay.

The rooms are nice and comfortable, but I’m deducting a star because there were residual stains in my room. Coffee, water, etc. Beds are super nice, rooms are quiet, it’s nice to have a kitchen. You’re really close to a coop grocery which is nice and convenient. We arrived early and reception did their best to get us a room earlier, but they charged us 35 Swiss franc. I would stay again, but it depends on the room. You’re also really far from the old town, but it’s close to a train/lightrail station to be more convenient.
