Radisson Hotel Tapatio Guadalajara

The hotel is old and could be luxurious it’s not. The grounds are not very well maintained and lowers the tone of the property. The room we stayed in had a new shower and a great bed and linens but the rest of the room and furnishings were dated. On the upside it was extremely quiet and we slept well. The restaurant was understaffed and we waited 45 minutes for our meals. Unfortunate.

Terrible experience. The water is still brown, despite management claiming it's been fixed—just like reviews from months ago said. I even called ahead to confirm they had working air conditioning. They said yes, but when I arrived, the AC in my room wasn’t working. I asked to switch rooms and was told none were available, yet they later moved my family to a different room after initially assigning them one that was already occupied. Dishonest, disorganized, and disappointing. Poor service and worse facilities. Avoid this place.

Everything and everyone working here. Everything is so outdated and old, when we got there no one in the staff let us know they had a water issue and when we got into our room, the room smelled really bad, the sheets were filthy and so were the floors. The water was BROWN coming out of the shower, sink and the toilet. It was disgusting we booked 5 rooms and all of the rooms were all having the same issue and when we went to go tell them the problem, all they said was. "Write a letter to let them know what issues you had" THE PROBLEM WAS ALREADY HAPPENING BEFORE WE BOOKED! And they didn't care to let us know before we paid them. Plus, the maintenance manager there is rude and not understanding at all, she tried to tell me that they had fixed the problem when I had just came out of my room and couldn't even wash my hands or shower. Such a HORRIBLE experience here. This hotel needs to be remodeled and maintained. Also, the restaurant serves the food cold, and the food is really disgusting. Don't bother booking here save your time and money. To top it all off they wouldn’t return our money, they said after they reviewed the letter, that it would take 10 business days. I don’t understand why they need a letter from us to let them know that they had disgusting water coming out.
