Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport

We had a great experience at this hotel during our trip to BC. Our room had some minor problems, but the front office manager Garrett helped us to get a new room and made good arrangements for us. The front desk staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again in the near future.

We stay for one night with the family. The hotel was chosen because of the situation close to the airport. We had a small call on the telephone available at the arrivals at the airport and the shuttle came 20 minutes later to pick us up. The staff were super friendly and professional during the whole stay. The hotel looks really nice from the outside. However, the inside is a little bit old fashioned and would need to be refreshed to deserve 5 stars. But the room was clean and well equipped which is appreciated.

I stay here frequently for work and the rooms are comfortable, the AC works and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. For the most part I like staying here, location is good and theres a little mall across the street. My only negatives about the place are that housekeeping is usually pretty loud, like talking very loudly in the hallway at 7 and 8am, banging their carts around etc. And the cleanliness of the rooms has not always been great, on occasion I've gotten a room that had garbage left in it from a previous guest, a towel that looked like it wasn't washed very well or the counters not wiped down from a previous guest etc.
