I stayed at the Radisson Hotel Zurich Airport for one night before an early flight. The proximity to the airport is a huge plus, and the shuttle made it hassle-free. The room was clean, quiet, and nicely designed, though on the smaller side. Staff were professional and welcoming. Breakfast was good but quite busy during peak hours. The only downside was that dining options in the immediate area are limited, but the hotel restaurant was quite decent. Overall, a very solid choice for airport convenience.
I had a great stay at the Radisson Hotel Zurich Airport. The location is super convenient—just a short distance from the airport, which made my travel plans much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, perfect for a good night’s rest before my flight. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I have nothing to complain about and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone needing a hotel close to the airport!
What a horrible stay at a big chain hotel. If you want to pay a premium price for a low quality hotel stay here. Negatives: - price - giant bottle of conditioner in the shower was empty - no air conditioning, just “air circulation”. The windows do open, but only a few inches which is not helpful. Switzerland does cool off at night so if the windows opened properly it would have been fine. - when we went to get into bed before our early morning flight we found the sheets were filthy near the feet area. There was sock fuzz and sand all in this area. There were also some hairs, but as someone who operates an air bnb I understand how bad hairs stuck to sheets. Sand and sock fuzz do not. Pillow cases were stained with make up - could feel springs through the bed as the pillow top was completely worn out. Upon staff changing the sheets the mattress was heavily stained - staff at front desk did not apologize for dirty sheets the night of or on check out. - only one hand towel provided despite there being two sinks in different areas with hand soap. Pros: - 10 minutes from air port - the man who came to change our sheets at 1045 was very nice. - pillows were comfortable
