Radisson Lampung Kedaton

Stayin here for 10 days, the room was nice, there was a good variety of foods for breakfast, i especially loved their pain au chocolate! The staffs were also nice, like Bli Nengah and Sinta who helped clean our room. Location wise, it's really strategic. There's a big mall conjoined to the hotel. Recommended!

Had a decent stay. Checked in was easy and quick. Room was good, comfy bed and pillow. The water drainage system in the shower in my room have a bit of a problem so that when the shower is in use, its flooding in the bathroom. I did notify the staff when checking out and they said they will look into it. Best location next to a mall they even got a direct access to the mall so you can easily find food and shops next door. Breakfast is great, a lot of varieties for food. I just find some plates are not properly washed, i did make a complain i hope they pay more attention to this. Gym is also open for public too, its big and spacious, and it has a lot of different machine to train, not bad. Pool was just so crowded with kids, but tbf it was a long weekend during my stay.

one of the inns that is really equal to the price, beautiful view, nice room, every corner of the hotel is beautifully arranged, this is what makes the stay feel comfortable. breakfast place, gym place, swimming place, amuse poll bar, and a spacious ballroom area for holding events. all the good staff that makes me feel safe and comfortable, there is one of the staff in the breakfast section or the night guard department, several times served with those staff which made the stay more satisfied, very satisfied. the staff if i’m not mistakenly named "agung" he is tall, white, kind. idk what else to describe for the beautiful service with the staff, thank u for making my stay special Mr. Agung 🥰🥰
