Excellent hotel ! The rooms are spacious and very well maintained, everything is spotless, with both the bedroom and bathroom thoroughly cleaned every day. What truly makes this place special is the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. A special thank you to Sayema, who was simply exceptional. The breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices. The hotel's ground-floor restaurant is great, and The Kebab Factory is also definitely worth a visit.

Good location at sector 18 main sub road. You can simply go out and do variety of shopping at this place. At_ta market is also nearby. Rooms are good and clean. Good food options available. Must try their Kabab factory inside. Happy Stay and Enjoy.

Stayed here for 1 night. Overall - Nothing 5 star about it. Only the prices and not the service or quality. Rooms - Rooms lack proper sound proofing. You can hear people in other rooms laugh and talk. Due to gaps in the door, you can constantly hear sounds in the corridor. Bathrooms - It has wall valve flush. So you constantly hear flush sounds of the rooms below and above you. It's pretty disturbing in the morning. Toilet roll was just a notch below a sanding paper - very rough. Electricity - It went twice early morning for a few minutes. But as soon the main went off, the ceiling lamp turned on, lighting up the entire room and disturbing the sleep, not once but twice. Food - Charges as very similar to a 5 star but quality and presentation is not upto the mark. There is a huge huge scope to improve. Definitely not worth the price. Restaurant - We ordered tea, coffee and a juice. Tea was one of worst we ever tasted. Left it as is. Coffee was from a coffee machine dispenser in a regular looking mug and definitely not worth the price they charge. Staff - Staff needs more polish and training. Specially on the hygiene front. Overall - Works best due to it's location. Do not expect any luxury or a 5-star experience.
