Radisson Paraiso Hotel Mexico City

I had really I great experience in this hotel, the personal is incredible, always nice and available for everything. The room was comfortable and clean. Thank you so much, I will always remember the great service. Hope to come again one day!

The perfect place and we'll be visiting twice again next year! The only downside was they make the lobby area SO COLD! The wifi worked great in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The rooms were large, clean and QUIET! Showers were hot with good pressure.We would hope one day they switch to more eco friendly shampoos/soaps instead of the single use ones. Everything is so well maintained. The breakfast was fantastic and they really cared about us being vegan. They had almond milk available and even made us an extra plate of delicious roasted vegetables. Order the hot chocolate - its SO GOOD. There's a walkway right at the hotel across the street to the large mall. The whole stay was phenomenal.

Worst hotel ever no hot water we had to call every time! Curtain broken, unclean coffee filter only positive the breakfast , the design of this hotel is awful so all the noises from the lobby can be heard all day and night, the furniture outdated from 20 years or more, uncomfortable beds never in my experience as traveller have seen such a disgrace of hotel. Un knowledgeable receptionist giving wrong information . The list of nuisances is long avoid a headache stay somewhere else
