Excellent hotel, great room, nice staff, good breakfast, they just need to add more chairs to the pool area
The hotel is nice. The restaurant on the ground floor has good food and live music. The rooms are very small though. Also, there are only 2 elevators for 20 floors, so it sometimes takes a long time to use the elevators.
Here’s a stronger version of your statement: Our experience with this hotel’s security was extremely disappointing and alarming. Inside the hotel reception area, a carry bag containing valuable belongings of my colleague was stolen. Shockingly, just 10 minutes later, another guest experienced the same issue. Despite these incidents occurring within the hotel premises, the management failed to take any immediate action and refused to provide access to CCTV footage. Such negligence towards guest safety and security is unacceptable and deeply concerning. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
