We had an ocean view suite. The room was spacious and well furnished and the bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was very good with a huge bath and a separate shower. We also had complimentary drinks on the rooftop every night. It was beautiful looking at the sea from the rooftop. The hotel restaurant is also very pleasant. It’s easy to get Grab taxi to go for dinner and drinks elsewhere and the cost of taxi is very reasonable

From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming — especially Josh at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from recommending local spots to personally checking in to see if I needed anything throughout my stay. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stunning. Breakfast was also a highlight — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options. The location made it easy to get around, but it was really the service that stood out. Big thanks to Josh for making my trip feel so personal and memorable. If you’re staying here, look out for him — you’re in good hands!

The service was truly the highlight, with the staff being incredibly welcoming and warm throughout my visit. They were attentive and always greeted me with a smile, which made me feel very comfortable. However, the hotel's other aspects were less impressive. The food was okay at best, but the lack of rotation was a real issue. The same dishes were served every day, which quickly became repetitive. The biggest concern, though, was the hygiene, which was below average. I noticed visible stains on the marble surfaces in my room and was particularly put off by the kettle, which had noticeable stains inside. This lack of cleanliness was a significant letdown and made it difficult to fully enjoy my stay.
