Exceptional Service That Truly Went Above and Beyond I recently stayed at the Radisson Red and I can honestly say the highlight of my visit was the incredible staff called Steven. From the moment I arrived, he was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. One team member in particular Steven went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. When I had an issue with my room they handled it immediately and even followed up later to make sure everything was perfect. They also gave excellent local recommendations, helped me book a last-minute reservation, and even arranged a small surprise when they found out it was my birthday. It’s rare to find service that feels this thoughtful and personal. The entire team clearly cares about the guest experience, and it shows in everything they do.

We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed to check in 2 hours early. The room was large, clean and modern, with a large tv, coffee maker, kettle and fridge. Parking for 24 hours cost £10, and the location next to the second and other venues is ideal. Breakfast included a good range of hot and cold foods. Overall the price service, room and location warrants 5 stars.

When I stayed at the Radisson they made sure I never left on an empty stomach. Even when I showed up late to breakfast, Steven, Shaun, Hannah, Grant, Angela, Gosia and Sean of the breakfast staff that day were very accommodating, giving me so much food I couldn’t finish it all!
