That was a phenomenal stay here. Truly wonderful, friendly, and amazing staff, clean and modern rooms, and breakfast was second to none. They served it from 7-11am so plenty of time to wake up and eat, and my checkout wasn’t until noon. They stored my luggage while I explored the city after I checked out. It is a very easy walk from here to the city center. I highly recommend raddison red and will stay here again when I return to Helsinki (since I know I will!).

Superb hotel in an excellent location. New and the decoration and color combinations make the hotel very vibrant. The breakfast is good as well. I was upgraded and the room was big. Bed is very comfortable. Excellent location next to the main train station and city centre.

I am very disappointed with the choice of this hotel. We booked several rooms for a family trip. The rooms are modern and functional, equipped with a safe and coffee machine, but quite small. We thought it would be a great option for exploring the city. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was inconsistent and seemed to work according to their own mood. On the first day, none of our rooms were cleaned — we noticed this only in the evening when we returned. After informing the reception, they finally cleaned the rooms. We specifically requested daily cleaning from that point on. We thought the issue was resolved, but in reality, we had to remind them three more times because we would return late in the evening and find the rooms dirty, and by that time housekeeping was no longer available. Reception told us that we must always inform them when we want cleaning. First of all, after the initial incident, we clearly stated our request, and second — the hotel advertises daily cleaning as part of its service, with no mention of guests having to request it. We never had any “Do Not Disturb” signs on our doors — it was simply housekeeping deciding whether to clean or not. This forced us to keep asking reception for fresh towels, toilet paper, and other basics, and to constantly wait for them to be delivered. What made the situation worse was that at one point they even implied it was our fault for not informing them, despite us pointing out that daily cleaning is stated on Booking.com. They had no proper response to that and never offered a genuine apology. When we checked out at 4:00 AM, there was no one at reception for at least 10 minutes. We called out, waited, and stressed, as our taxi to the airport was waiting. Laundry service was also unacceptable — they did not deliver our clothes as promised. We had to go to reception ourselves and ask, otherwise they would not have returned them at all. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the poor and unprofessional service.
