Very convenient and accessible hotel that provided lovely service. Food was wonderful and staff were incredibly kind and helped me check in very early. The room itself was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the TV was very modern and allowed for watching YouTube which allowed me to watch content. I intend to come back in future when I visit London and I am eager to stay again.
Very impressive. Firstly I have to say the check in was one of the best I've had in a long time. The room was very quirky and clean. We were allowed to check in early. We took the local bus (100) from the airport which cost just £1.70 then a 7 minute walk. I will stay here every time I transfer in lgw with no hesitation.
Location is super convenient and with good shuttle service to and from the different terminals of Gatwick. The room was quiet, the bed very comfortable, and staff were friendly. Only disappointment is the food, very low quality and obviously all frozen ingredients. The hotel could definitely improve its food standard. But hotel itself was good.
