Best hotel in the area with great service by the staff from desk to bar, specially girl at bar in the evening & tall Asian guy in the evening. Helpful and really kind. Their service with smiles makes you hectic night so comfortable. Highly recommend

Nancy and the team were extremely welcoming and made my stay very pleasant. The only issue I had was getting hot water in the shower but it was not the end of the world. The breakfast was lovely and the location perfect for visiting local attractions or in my case a wedding at the yacht club. Highly recommend

Here for 2 nights, so far not impressed, room is OK, twin beds, quilts don't seem big enough for the beds. Television didn't work but to be fair they did send somebody straight up to sort it. Only 2 normal tea bags, 2 normal coffees and 4 milks in the room, when we asked for more of each they just gave us 2 more tea bags so we had to get an uber to Aldi to get some milk. There is a fridge in the room but they have removed the earth pin from the plug so it won't go in the socket. Hand and body wash bottles in the bathroom both empty. Shower very good. Air conditioning doesn't work so we had to have the window open all night so the noise from the traffic kept me awake from about 2 am. Now just noticed the toilet leaking. At breakfast ( good quality ) no salt and pepper, had to go asking at other tables to use theirs. Stairwells very dirty. The view from the window is empty warehouses. For £214 per night I would have expected much better. I can honestly say I have stayed in better hotes for £60 per night.
