Radisson RED Madrid

It was one of my best experiences in Madrid, especially since it was my first visit. The staff were very friendly and their service was quick. The rooms were very clean. We had a room with a balcony. Everything was beautiful, and the hotel's identity, lobby, and smell were also distinctive. I would like to extend a special thanks to the registration employee Maria for her service, her high-class treatment, and her attempts to satisfy our desires and needs. Value for money, the hotel is excellent ! 🤍🤍

The hotel’s central location is a huge plus — just steps away from key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. It made exploring the city super easy and convenient. The room was spotless, modern, and well-designed, with daily housekeeping keeping everything fresh. Common areas were equally clean and stylish, giving the place a vibrant, welcoming feel. Service was professional and friendly throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were always happy to help with recommendations or directions.

Maria and June (spelling?) at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Upgraded me to a suite! The room was fantastic. Location is perfect- literally across the street from Atocha train station. When I'm passing through Madrid, I'd definitely stay here again!
