We had most pleasant stay in this hotel, everything looks exactly like in the pictures. Clean, neat, room was spacious and felt luxurious, bed was super comfy, amenities are beyond everything needed. Staff is tentative, friendly and very helpful, there was a minor mistake with our reservation and we were immediately offered a room upgrade free of charge. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled is what matters! Hands down, great hotel with lovely staff! Would love to visit again.
Apartments are very nice, comfortable and clean. Its are almost new.. Staff is very professional, friendly and responsive! Especially I would like to express my gratitude and thanks to Zamira, who is in charge for SPA and swimming pool. She do her job on high level and with kindness!
