Clean and comfortabl. They need to work on the winter activities more. In the summer they had very active activities but during the winter there is limited once. The food is good and the staff is trying their best to help you around. Not English speaking hotel but they can accommodate English speakers very well. Make sure to ask for the senior guest relationship officer, her name is Ksenia. She have a charming personality and she is an English speaker. She will try to help you as much as possible. Overall this my second visit to the property. I can advise to come here in the summer and hope the hotel management works on their planning for winter activities for next year. P.S I do advise to try the hotel. Anyway, you will not regret it.
Great Location & facilities, all you need for an escape and vacation. Any season to stay in is OK, great for families and kids. Best option in Moscow wregion.
It was the best place to travel in Russia with my family. Riding was so much fun and I love clouds so much, but the clouds here were especially pretty that day, which made me very excited. I really want to go again.
