Nice, modern, and clean hotel with amazing staff, especially at the reception. Highly recommend the buffet dinner, but make sure to reserve in advance as there aren’t many restaurants nearby. Parking is free in front of the hotel from Saturday to Sunday, which is convenient. The wellness area is great, with a rooftop pool available daily. However, the wellness facilities in the basement are limited to 1 hour per day; additional time incurs a fee. Overall, we had a relaxing weekend and will definitely return!
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. Positive Aspects: - The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. - The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. - Swim pool was not busy at all. Points we did not like: - The game room was a major disappointment, as every piece of equipment was broken and unusable. - There are no stairs available, which means relying solely on the elevators. - The gym is severely lacking, with equipment that does not resemble a functional gym. - The downstairs pool is only free for one hour each day; after that, there is a charge. Good side is that is never busy. - It's a 12-minute walk to the beach, which might be inconvenient for some. - The drink I ordered at the bar was undrinkable. - I contacted the hotel twice to request adjacent rooms and was assured it would be arranged. However, at check-in, the staff was unaware of this request and did not provide the promised rooms. Overall, while the hotel has good points, there are several areas that need improvement. If the price is rights, I would stay again.
The hotel in itself is not so bad, it’s actually very new and modern looking with clean rooms. But there are some major problems when staying here as a couple that wants to relax. 1st is the “aquapark” which is not an aquapark but two smaller pools inside and one outside, and two smaller slides and some saunas. Here’s the problem: as a hotel guest, you only get access to this for an hour per day, after that it’s quite pricey. This combined with it being public and open for everyone with a lot of small kids, you can forget about a relaxing treat here. The very small pool on top floor is free of charge but since that is free of charge, a lot of people cramped in a small space here. The breakfast is good but way too many people at once which means that they can manage to hold it clean.
