I cannot praise this hotel enough! We spent 7 days, from July 5 to July 12, 2025. It was my husband, our two boys (7 and 5) and I. We booked the standard room, but because we celebrated one of my son's and my husband's birthdays during our stay, they upgraded us to a room with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and with a view of the sea. We were beyond thrilled during our stay. The staff is super friendly, especially the front desk ladies and housekeeping, who were there for us at all times. Big sincere smiles and an attitude of family. Everything super clean and nice smell. Beach location is perfection. It is the hotel, the pool area, a door, a walkway, the dune and the water. White sand, lovely waves and the hotel includes beach beds and umbrellas. The pool area is wonderful. Palm trees, butterflies and curious iguanas around. The pool is big and up to 9 feet deep. They serve food and drinks for a price and they include pool beds and towels. Valet parking is $55 per night including taxes, we parked thee hotels over in a public parking for $20 per 24h. Hotel location in mid beach is great. Close to South Beach without the hyperactivity of that area. 15 minutes driving to Brickell area. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The hotel has a bar, a restaurant and a gift shop. They also offer a microwave oven in the lobby to warm any food you have. I recommend this hotel 100%. Family friendly, honeymoon ideal, group of friends perfect. Great for any vacation plan.
We walked into this hotel and instantly knew we couldn’t stay. The place felt unsafe, dirty, and poorly maintained. The lobby had an unpleasant smell, the hallways were dimly lit, and the overall atmosphere was unsettling. Our room was no better—grimy surfaces, questionable stains, and an overall feeling that it had not been properly cleaned or cared for in a long time. When we expressed our concerns and explained that we did not feel safe or comfortable, the staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and completely unwilling to offer a refund—even though we left immediately without staying the night. Their attitude showed zero regard for guest safety or satisfaction. If you value cleanliness, safety, and respectful customer service, avoid this place entirely. There are far better options nearby that won’t leave you feeling uncomfortable and cheated
Very Disappointing – Never Again! I booked 4 nights including parking for a total of €957, which was charged to my credit card immediately. Even before our first night, we had one negative experience after another: Room location & noise: The room was directly in front of the elevators, making it impossible to sleep due to constant guest noise. Cleanliness: The room was very dirty (photos available). Staff: Both the staff and the manager were extremely unfriendly. After complaining, we were told the hotel was fully booked. After more than an hour of back and forth, the very unfriendly manager gave us an almost identical room one floor below. Because it was already late, we had no choice but to stay one night. The next morning (before 11 AM), we checked out. We were told that only one night including parking (285 USD) would be charged. A few days later, I noticed that 957 USD had still been charged. After two hours of discussion on-site, we were assured that only one night would be billed. Getting a correct written confirmation or invoice was almost impossible. Eventually, we were given a note confirming our stay of only one night, but it was neither signed nor stamped (they claimed the hotel had no stamp). Today, after checking my credit card statement, I discovered that instead of 285 USD, 546.05 USD was charged. Conclusion: Chaotic management, unfriendly service, poor cleanliness, and unclear billing practices. This feels like deliberate overcharging. I will be pursuing legal action. My advice: Avoid this hotel at all costs!
