Radisson Resort Pondicherry Bay

Absolutely loved my stay—just one hiccup. The room was neat, clean, and fully automated, which made the stay very comfortable. The resort compound is beautiful and peaceful, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Eden Beach—such a perfect location! The food was also tasty and well-prepared, adding to the overall experience. The pool was excellent—super clean and maintained with salt instead of harsh chemicals, which I really appreciated. My eyes didn’t burn at all, which made swimming even more enjoyable. However, the service could use improvement. We were told our luggage would be delivered to our room, so we didn’t take it with us. Despite calling twice, it never arrived. We were already tired from travel, so this was quite disappointing. When we finally went back to check, the luggage was still at reception. The staff said they were confused about whose it was—even though it was clearly tagged with our room number.

Very well managed family resort. It has everything needed for a great vacation. Location is a short walk away from Eden beach. 2 great restaurants serving good food with great service. Well planned fun & engaging activities for all ages. Mahima is great with kids and was very helpful in the games room and evening activities. I must mention that the rooms are fantastic. Very good size and huge balconies for private sit outs.

This is my 1st night here, I am still here and not atall happy. We were staying in white town from the last 3 days and we regret coming here. They are not providing complimentary food for kids and have limitations. The service is too small. The staff is not warm and hospitable. We are paying big amount and yet, no services as such. It is not a good family property. If you are with kids, think before you come here. The swimming pool for adults stink and there is stench all over of the backwaters. The so called private beach is a long and a dirty walk.
