Radisson Blu, Ras Al Khaimah – A Perfect Family Escape Our recent three-night stay at Radisson Blu in Ras Al Khaimah was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and attentive service made us feel instantly at home. We had booked a half-board package, and the food was absolutely delicious every single day — a perfect blend of variety, freshness, and taste that kept us looking forward to each meal. A special thanks goes to Sunil and his wonderful colleagues, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. Every interaction with the staff was filled with genuine kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to see such consistency in service, but here, it felt like everyone was personally invested in ensuring our comfort and happiness. For our little one, the water park was a real highlight. While it’s on the smaller side, it’s packed with fun — just perfect for kids to splash around and enjoy themselves in a safe environment. The laughter and excitement on my baby’s face were priceless. The beach was another gem — peaceful, clean, and inviting. The water itself was lovely, calm, and refreshing, making it perfect for both relaxation and play. I did notice some broken seashells along the shore, which could use a bit of attention, but it didn’t take away from the overall beauty and charm of the place. In total, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience — a blend of great food, friendly faces, family fun, and natural beauty. Many thanks to the hotel management and every single staff member for making this getaway so enjoyable. We’ll carry these memories with us and would happily return again for another round of Radisson Blu hospitality.
Great stay. Recommend for friends and family and couples. Their facilities are all great, good quality and a variety of things. They also have a huge part of the beach which was great for a swim. The bartender at beach made us very delicious drinks and thanks to Sujal special recognition. Top notch service. Made our lives so much easier. Overall 10/10. Would definitely come again
I have stayed at Radisson hotels many times over the years, but unfortunately, this has been the worst experience I have ever had. The only positive aspect was the warm and professional attitude of the receptionist, Ester, who did her best to assist despite the circumstances. Upon arrival, I discovered that my room had no balcony and faced a construction site — something I was never informed about when booking. The corridor carpet was damp, and when I requested a room change, I was told there would be an extra charge, despite having already paid for a family room. When moved to another building, the “balcony” view was simply a wall, making me feel as if they were doing me a favor rather than providing a proper solution. At the upstairs swimming pool, guests are required to bring towels from the downstairs pool because there are none available upstairs — highly inconvenient and unacceptable for a hotel of this brand. To make matters worse, the hotel distributed notices to guests about a power interruption Guys it’s August!!!! Where are the generators??? Throughout all these issues, the hotel manager did not make any effort to address the situation, leaving Ester alone to deal with frustrated guests. I am deeply disappointed and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. If someone does choose to stay, I strongly advise avoiding the old building, as it seems guests are deliberately placed there to encourage “upgrades” with extra charges. I hope higher management takes this feedback seriously to prevent future guests from going through the same experience.
