I stayed at the hotel for four nights, and it was always relaxing and enjoyable. The room was clean and tidy every day. All the staff were very nice, especially Gayatri, who was very attentive at the restaurant, so we could always have a good meal. I will definitely stay here next time I visit India.
I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff throughout the hotel were courteous and welcoming. The housekeeping service was excellent – my room was always clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the essentials. The hotel’s restaurant also offered a great dining experience, with a wide variety of delicious food options. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast service. I was attended to by Mr. Mukkaram and Ms. Gayatri, who were both extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly stood out and added a personal touch to my experience. It’s not often that you come across staff members who genuinely care about guest satisfaction, and I really appreciated their efforts. Overall, I had an excellent stay at Radisson Hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.
Hi Gayatri, Thank you for your hospitality and extended support. I'd like to provide feedback on the services I experienced here. Overall, the services were good, especially the behavior of the restaurant staff. However, I have a few concerns: 1. Room: The lighting is inadequate, making the room feel dark. There are no proper lights over the bathroom mirror and room mirror. A wardrobe would be preferable to the open space. 2. Food: On several occasions, I noticed deteriorated tomatoes and mushy melon in the fruits and salad. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to go to the washroom to spit. I brought these incidents to the attention of the available staff. Rest good, I appreciate your kind and polite behaviour all the time. I hope this feedback is helpful. Regards
