Radisson Resort Zavidovo

Awesome weekend getaway. On the downside: crowded on weekend, very high prices and long wait in the restaurant, such a poor beer selection in the bar (2 positions), the cleanliness of the room is not 5 star (especially bathroom). On the upside, awesome outdoor activities and rentals selection, SPA is a bit small but is fine, friendly service, super nice beach, forest park, ample parking, breakfast is quite good.

Beautiful hotel with amazing surroundings, have been there in June and now in December, definitely will come back again. Only negative note, the heating was so high that both me and my wife didn't sleep during the night, we even turned on the air conditioning and set to 0 the heating but still was way too much.

Reception's work could have been better: 1) be more friendly at check in generally and specifically - i was sent to my room via outside and nobody told me about alternative root/bridge inside the building); 2) when i came to ask questions during the day, staff at desk were both doing something on their computers; there were 2 other staff people standing near the desk; i waited for a few minutes but both at computers continued being busy. All saw i was waiting to ask the question but nobody suggested to help. 3) was impossible to get through reception via the intercom/telephone in the evening. There is no airport transfer service available. Other hotel staff (cleaners, restaurant) were friendly and polite; well trained 😀 Didn't get a chance to see properly the outside area but looked beautiful. Generally clean and good variety of food at breakfast including some local food.
