Raeli Hotel Luce

Nice small hotel, clean and well organised. Rooms are very small, same for bathroom. Breakfast is fine. Fine location, expect a bit of noise, as this is city centre.

Location is perfect (just near the Terminal Train Station so easy from the airport) It is a 4 star hostel but honestly I will put a 3 star because the place is very old (the room needed to be opened with a regular key), the room was very tiny and the bathroom too In my opinion, the room need to be renovated and the bathroom too But the service was excellent ! You need to take care of a 7.50€ tax fees per person per night

Staff is rude and racist toward Chinese tourist. I was suffering from fever and two of my Chinese friend tried to deliver water for me but was stopped and shouted at by the person in the front desk (blond hair and black eye liner) even though they were being very polite (they were also getting over heated and holding 6 bottles of water plus 4 bottle of Gatorade) and were forced to leave (the person even chased out of the hotel on to the street to keep shouting and lecturing them accusing them of being rude) however, 10 minutes later my white friend tried to do the same thing and the person didn’t even ask for the room number they are going to. I travel a lot and quite frankly have not experience such blatant show of racism toward Asian people (also incase anyone think it’s a issue other than race,know that my two Chinese friend are petit women who shouldn’t look threatening, while my white friend is a 5’11 man with a beard and tattoos)
