RAF Hotel Apartment

Good hotel with nice facilities and great location (two metro stations nearby). Finnish sauna 🙂 First our wifi didn't work, but correction was done immediately after we told about problem. Good service. Lobby staff was not so smiling (seem to be in a hurry all the time) and they actually didn't offer any information about the hotel nor location, but answered nicely when asked.

The room size was good and the sofas were comfortable. However, the facility seems old and not well maintained. I had issues in the toiler and the terrace door which seem to have been there for a long time. Also, the room was not noise proof. I got kids annoying us in the late night when they were shouting in the corridor.

Hotel Staffs are not very welcoming, they need to learn how to smile, say thank you and talk nicely to guest even if they are busy and over the phone as well, they sound rude.. Also, complimentary things are not provided upon guest check-in and has to be requested first. No towels provided on the pool area, incomplete kitchen utensils, wifi is unstable. Will not be booking this hotel in the future and will never recommend it to friends and colleagues. You should be attending and prioritizing your hotel guest needs instead of your needs.
